I participated for the Self-defense seminar conducted at my work place, with a general enthusiasm for self-protection and did not comprehend what’s in store. The session was very well conducted and maintained a very professional demeanor throughout. Information and demonstrations were extremely helpful. The training raised awareness to be alert on the environment and to trust on our instincts. I felt empowered to not be a victim and learned new ways to defend myself.
